The Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) is a department under the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau. The ITC aims to lead Hong Kong to become a world-class, knowledge-based economy. The Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) is administered by the ITC. The funding programme of this project (general support programme (GSP)) aims at encouraging and assisting the local companies to upgrade their technology level and introduce innovative ideas in order to enhance the added value, productivity and competitiveness of Hong Kong's economic activities.

Master Insight (MI) is one of the major online media platforms in Hong Kong which aims to provide coverage and influence in the Greater China region. MI has about 500 affiliated academic and experts to cover areas including politics, economics, business, education, cultural, technology and health care. Technology is a hot area under coverage right now. MI has over 388,000 YouTube subscriptions, 15,000 website subscriptions, 30Mil+ YouTube views and 6.3Mil+ website views. Its services and products include online media, social media, annual forum, finance summit, and one-stop service for media package. MI’s sponsorship covers media coverage related to events to support the project.
